You are
an advocate.
Advocacy is simple. Chances are you're
doing it already. Advocacy means that you care. Advocacy means that you
embrace a cause and that you talk about it. Advocacy means that you want to
be a voice for those who lack one.
When
you talk about ReadyStart with your friends, family, neighbors, and
legislators, you are advocating for babies and toddlers. It is only with
your help that others will come to understand the importance of investing in
the lives of young children.
You
are an advocate and we hope that you will continue in your efforts to speak
out on important issues
pertaining to
the health, development, safety and economic security of infants and very
young children. Together we can ensure they are prepared to start
school
fully ready
to learn!
